The Chair of the IEEE Hungary Section has convened the annual General Assembly, which will take place on 26 May 2026 (Tuesday) at 09:30 at Obuda University, Room F09.
Venue: 1034 Budapest, Bécsi út 96/b.

- Presidential programme plan
- Financial report and approval of the balance sheet
- Student Paper Contest award ceremony

The General Assembly has a quorum if more than 50% of the eligible voting members are present. If the General Assembly does not have a quorum at the announced time, the rescheduled General Assembly will be held with the same agenda and at the same venue half an hour later, i.e., on 26 May 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:00. The rescheduled General Assembly will have a quorum regardless of the number of members present for the original agenda items.
