Lilla Kisbenedek received her BSc degree in Chemical Engineering in 2021 from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and her MSc degree in Computer Science Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering in 2024 from Óbuda University. She is currently a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Applied Informatics and Applied Mathematics at Óbuda University. Since 2023, she has been a research intern at the Physiological Controls Research Center (PhysCon). She has been involved in teaching activities since 2023, first as a teaching assistant in the courses Control Theory and Introduction to Health Economics.

She won 1st place at the IEEE Hungary Section Student Paper Contest and the Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (TDK) at Óbuda University in 2024. In 2025, she earned 3rd place at the National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (OTDK) and 2nd place at the Scientific Association for Infocommunications Thesis Award.

Her focus lies in tumor modeling and parameter estimation using AI and conventional methods. She is the author of more than 10 scientific publications and has been an IEEE member since 2023. Since 2025, she has been the Vice chair of the IEEE Hungary Section Women in Engineering Affinity Group.

Melánia Pamuki-Puskás received her BSc degree in Computer Engineering in 2021 and her MSc degree in 2023. She is currently a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Applied Informatics and Applied Mathematics at Óbuda University. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Physiological Controls Research Center (PhysCon). Starting in 2021, she has been involved in teaching activities, first as a teaching assistant, and now as a PhD student, in the courses of Systems and Control Theory, Control Engineering, Systems Theory, and Robot Control.

In 2021 and 2023, she achieved 1st place at the National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (OTDK). In 2022, she was awarded the Excellence Student Award by the John von Neumann Faculty of Informatics at Óbuda University. She achieved 1st place in 2021 and 2022, and 2nd place in 2023 in the IEEE Hungary Section Student Paper Contest. In 2022 and 2024, she received the Youth Award of the Hungarian Fuzzy Association.

She is currently conducting research within the project titled “Innovative and Digital Development and Evaluation of Cybermedical Technologies”. Her research focuses on developing a noise model for tumor measurements in animal experiments. She is the author of more than 20 scientific publications. She has been a member of IEEE since 2020 and she is the Chair of the IEEE Hungary Section Women in Engineering Affinity Group since 2024.

Martin Ferenc Dömény earned his BSc degree in Computer Engineering in 2024 and is currently pursuing an MSc in Computer Engineering at Óbuda University. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Physiological Controls Research Center (PhysCon). He has also been working as a teaching assistant since 2022 in the subjects of Computer Architectures, Systems Theory, Control Engineering, and Introduction to Health Economics.

In 2025, he achieved 2nd place at the National Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (OTDK). In 2024, he received the Student Publication Award and the Youth Award of the Hungarian Fuzzy Association. He has earned 1st place multiple times at the institutional Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (TDK). He was awarded 2nd place in the 2024 IEEE Hungary Section Student Paper Contest. In 2024, he received the award for the most innovative thesis.

He is a member of the tumor modeling and therapy generation subproject of the Óbuda University Cyber-Medical Competence Centre’s project titled “Innovative and Digital Development and Evaluation of Cybermedical Technologies”. He is the author of more than 10 scientific publications. He has been a member of IEEE since 2022, and from 2025, he serves as the Treasurer of the IEEE Hungary Section Women in Engineering Affinity Group.
